FAQ

Q.  How do I sign up?
A.  Contact Jason by Email: Jason@GetFitNorwalk.com or phone:(203)952-3119 to check availability.  Group size is limited to ensure individual attention.  Then fill out the forms (Click to download)   Health Questionaire, & Waiver.  Once payment is recieved your spot will be reserved. 

Q.  How long do the classes last?
A.  Each class is aproximately 60 minutes long.  Please try to arrive a few minutes before each class to ensure you are ready for the warm up.

Q.  What will I be doing?
A.  The aim of the class is to get fit and have fun;  sessions will include flexibility, stability, core training, strength training, games, and other surprises tht will guarantee that you will be fitter than ever before.  The more you put in...the more you get out.

Q.  How many people will be at the class?
A.  The maximum number of participants will be 15 people.  That way I can ensure that you will recieve individual coaching and care.

Q.  I'm not fit...Will I cope?
A.  Anybody is eligible to sign up.  It's my job to help you get fit at your own pace.  We will vary intensity and exercises to suit your fitness levels.

Q.  How much weight will I lose?
A.  It's not about weight.  It's more about the changes in body composition.  The aim of the sessions is to burn fat and increase lean muscle mass so that you see the results when you look in the mirror or put on your favorite pair of jeans and realize that you are ready for a new pair!  It's a good idea to take some body measurements and even a photography at the start of training so you can reassess and see how far you've come.  (Or contact Jason for an optional initial individual fitness assessment)

The aim is to increase health and fitness; weight loss and body composition changes will naturally follow.  Most people will drop at least a dress/jean size.

Q.  What do I need to bring?
A.  Wear comfortable clothes and athletic shoes.  Bring plenty of water you will need it after all your hard work.  Also, bring a small face towel to wipe away the sweat.  I will let you know what you need.  You will need a Yoga/Exercise mat and Stability ball to begin.  Depending on what the focus is when you join you may also need to bring dumbells for weight training.
